Gary Rhodes: The First Rockstar Chef, for ITV1
|
I am an experienced lighting cameraman, director of photography, and self-shooting PD. I am used to working on everything from big budget broadcast productions, on a wide range of cameras, through to directing and self-shooting, and editing a complete film. Lighting is my passion, and I can bring any scene or setting to life. I have been DoP on several of Ainsley Harriott's series for ITV, with Rock Oyster Media. Most recently I have been DoP on Ainsley's World Cup Flavours. I have also been directing and filming Unwind with ITV - a series designed to help people's mental health through beautiful unfolding shots in a pioneering slow TV series. I have also filmed some 3D installations as part of the Unwind with ITV initiative. I was shooting director on Gary Rhodes: The First Rockstar Chef. I have also been self-shooting PD on the BBC series Garden Rescue for Spun Gold. I'm equally at home shooting from a helicopter or hot air balloon, in a studio or in a challenging tiny space on location. I am happy leading a crew, being part of a team, or shooting on my own. I have filmed around the world in challenging environments, and set up beautiful composed studio shoots.
